I believe that workout should be fun and that can only happen if there is some amount of variation in it. So I do a bit of cardiovascular exercise on one day, followed by spinning on the next day, stretching on the third, Pilates on the fourth and so on.
This kind of exercise keeps my core muscles strong.

These muscles keep the spine in shape and keep the abs tight and strong.
Thankfully, I have been blessed with a good metabolism so I don���t put on much weight, considering that I eat healthily. But yes, I do workout religiously. And I also read a good amount about fitness, I don���t merely exercise, but I like to know how the exercise benefits me
My Daily Diet:
Oh, I eat everything! I am a big foodie and there���s nothing that I say ���no��� to. It���s like this; during the week, I keep my diet in control by eating in moderation and then sweating it out in the gym.
Sunday is my ���food binge��� day ��� that���s when I really pig out and eat a lot! I avoid foods that make me sluggish. I have to have my non vegetarian food everyday as I need my protien intake. I don���t really like eating red meat. On a regular basis, I prefer chicken and fish, preferably fish that is grilled.

My Happiness Quotient:
I like chocolates and goodies that have an uplifting effect. I try to stay away from comfort foods because when that habit is made, it���s hard to get out of it.
Comfort eating is not productive, as that way you can put on a lot of useless calories that you���d have to do some serious exercising to get rid of. It���s much better to go and sweat it out in the gym. It might be hard to get warmed up, but once you���ve gotten into the rhythm of your gym workout, there���s nothing better! But I believe that the thing that keeps me the happy is a good session in the gym!
That���s because exercise releases endorphins (the feel-good hormone) into the bloodstream and that���s something that cannot be matched. I���m a pretty well-balanced and enjoy life thoroughly!
